Anthony C. Gulotta

Mr. Gulotta is a Partner in the law firm of AG Tax Law, P.C., a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gulotta's primary practice is in the area of State and Local taxation, including Sales and Fuel taxes. Mr. Gulotta has eleven years of experience handling consumption tax issues. Mr. Gulotta is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Federal District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States Federal Claims Court and the United States Federal Appeals Court.

Prior to founding AG Tax Law, P.C., Mr. Gulotta served for seven years as an auditor. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Mansfield University, a Master of Science Degree from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Gulotta is also a retired lieutenant colonel from the United States Army. Mr. Gulotta served on active duty in the United States Army and in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
